Return & Refund Policy – North Texas Gastrointestinal Associates Online Store

Thank you for purchasing supplements from North Texas Gastrointestinal Associates (NTGIA). This policy applies only to products purchased through our online store at ntgia.com.
Return Window: We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.
What Can Be Returned
- Unopened dietary supplements and convenience kits in original packaging
- Items that arrived damaged or defective (report within 7 days of delivery)
What Cannot Be Returned
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products without original packaging or seals
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at northtexasgi@ymail.com or call 940-566-4720 with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return authorization and instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error or damaged goods.
Exchanges: We do offer direct exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
